Ethernet wont work on Tiny 6410

Hello there
I have a little Problem:
The Ethernet wont work on my new Tiny 6410. Neither way with Qtopia nor
with Android... First i tried automatic connecting via DHCP since that
didnt work i tried to make it work manually, but even that way it wont work
at all.
I also tried 4 different Ethernet Cables, but it was all the same.
what to do here?

I did also check the network traffic on the Network  with cain, but the
Tiny6410 wasnt even mentioned there :/

No one any idea what to do?
