Nand scrub aborted??

cant figure out whats goin on, everything is as mentioned in all help
links, only, before i can say yes to SCRUB NAND it says SCRUB aborted.i
tried going further "nand createbbt" it also says aboorted. Y is this
happening?i have tried all the types of u-boot including that came with the
cd uboot128.bin and also compiled u boot with the code from "buserror" with
#define USE_920T_MMU
//#define CONFIG_USE_IRQ                    1  (commented)  

i have a 128Mb NAND flash?Can anyone point out..

you did not confirm on its question.

it is asking Really scrub.  So after this it is expecting you to type "y".

If you are not typing "y" or "Y" here, it will consider "N" (default) as
shown in the question.

Hi vikas thanks for the reply.
Well this is what the trouble is about. the cursor doesnt even wait for me
to press Y/y or N/n .It straight goes to say NAND scrub aborted.
is something wrong with my hardware connections??

I've nearly the same problem. At this point I'm typing y but nothing
happen. When I type y once again scrub aborted. Do I type any other key,
scrub aborted immediately.

you must type y and key enter from your keyboard for confirm
