How do I install this in Windows CE 6

The easiest way that I've gotten a RFID to work with Mini2440/6410/210 is
to use the one from sparkfun, which operates over serial TTL. If you're
ambitious and know how to do PCB layout, then go with this route:
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/8709. Else, go with this option:
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9875. The only modification that I would
suggest is to step the serial output voltage from 5V down to 3.3V using a
simple voltage divider.

The usb are easy to get to work as its a simple usb keyboard emulation, but
they are read-only. The i2c module is read/write, but you must have i2c
working on your mini. Here is a page with a small video demonstrating the
