Mouser Cursor image persisting on screen

Hi,

I have a problem with the new Tiny210 in Windows CE 6 R3 that an image of
the mouse cursor sometimes stays in one spot while the mouse freely moves
around the screen.  This image is only cleared if I line the actual mouse
cursor up with this persisted image and it then clears.

It also does it with some other window segments and icons at times.

I think it's a display driver bug.  

Firstly has anyone seen this?

And secondly is there a solution?

That is odd. Is that with an app opened in the background? It might be a
screen refresh issue? I've noticed this with the mini210s and the
screensaver. I have a C# app running the background, maximized. When it
goes out from screensaver, one of the buttons be painted as the color of
the screensaver. It's kind of weird to explain.
