Hello everybody, I seem to have a problem getting my mini to run reliably. My setup is: 64 MB SDRAM 256 MB NAND flash I need to reflash with factory binaries using supervivi. As linux kernel I am using zImage_A70 since I have a 7" display connected. As filesystem image I am using root_qtopia-128M_20090718.img since I am totally unable to find a 256MB Version, neither on friendlyarm.net nor somewhere else on the net. The system is bootable (from NOR) a couple times and then stops working because the kernel image has been corrupted. Now, I do not have sufficient embedded hardware knowledge to point down, why I keep getting memory corruption effects. Could anyone give me some hints on the matter? Regards, Tobi

Hi, The new files for the 256MB boards are currently only available from http://arm9.net/download.asp We will upload them in the next days. Regars, Andreas
Andreas, thanks a lot. Uploading the files on friendlyarm.net would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Tobi
hi, i have board micro2440 with nand 256MB but the link for download above is very very slow, does exist other link for download software u-boot, kernel, manual but more speed ? thanks in advance.
Unfortunately the supervivi v256 link on the arm9 hp doesn't work anymore. I would really appreciate to be able to download it here (or elsewhere)... Otherwise I'm not able to proceed working! thx
All files from the download section are up-to-date. The last supervivi-128 also supports the 256MB and 1GB boards. Rgds, Andreas
hi, thanks a lot if you can upload u-boot, zImage, uImage and root_qtopia for nand 256 micro2440. thx.
It's the same with the kernel and root images, the 128MB version also supports the bigger flashes. But I have not tested it yet. Rgds, Andreas
Hi, I have tried to install super vivi-128 in my mini2440 256 MB but hyperterminal says : NAND NOT SUPPORTED...
