on this link there're so many capacitor http://www.uppic.org/share-B6A9_4FE526BB.html which one connect to which one. Please help me. Thank you.
please help on cpu 3
What are you looking to do? These are all decoupling capacitors for the 3.3 and 1.25V supply pins on the processor. They are all needed otherwise you get strange things happening with microcontrollers/processors etc when there is no decoupling. If you can tell us what you are looking for and what you want to do we can offer more help. Dave...
I m looking for made s3c2440 to be my own design by not to use develop board. So I use s3c2440 to be processor could it be possible that I use altium to route by myself to be my design board. If I can route by myself and if it possible that my design will have noise or some things will happen. Thanks.
Hi, you can do this yourself of course but you will have to understand high speed routing to properly do this. Take special care with the memory bus. If you have a Mini2440 look at the tracking on the PCB you will see the high speed routing used. You will need to do something like this. As you are using Altium there is a really good tutorial on this very subject here: http://www.bluechiptechnology.co.uk/~bluedownloads/Single_Board_Computer... The capacitors on the drawing are connected to each supply pin on the processor. As the processor is BGA these are normally located on the underside of the PCB. If you have a Mini2440 then have a look at it to see how they did the capacitor layout. Good luck with the project and report back if you got it all working. Dave...
