WinCe build error(for tiny210)

Hi. I've install software from CD for winCe on my PC.
Create new Osdesign project. Select Tiny 210 BSP and select type Handled
PDA device.
And try build image.
But I have 2 error:
[01:0000002667:ERRORE] NMAKE: U1073: don't know how to make
'C:\wince600\OSDesigns\myOs\MyOs\WinCE600\Mini210_ARMV4I\cesysgen\oak\lib\ARMV4I
\debug\sdcard.lib

and error

failed -rc = 2

Can anybody tell me what this mean?
