Error of SD U-Boot for Tiny6410

Hi,

I've just had a new Tiny6410.
I'm able to flash it using the tool SD-Fkasher.exe and image
u-boot_sd-ram256.bin come with the packge

It's able to boot but reports "MMC: 0 MB" and hang there

Any idea would be appreciated.

I would use the u-boot_nand-ram256.bin file instead SD one, maybe that
should help.
