Installing wince to Tiny 6410 problem

Hi Friends,
      I have tiny 6410 and i tried to install Android and Wince but its not
getting installed..
  1.First I formatted my SD card using SD flasher.
  2.Then I copied Image file for Wince into SD card.
  3.In that i select friendly arm.ini file and i changed OS=CE6 and
action=INSTALL,Status Type = Beeper| LED.
  4.After that i inserted SD card and Selected SD boot mode then i gave
power to the board.

  But i didn't get any changes in my kit and LCD,Actually i selected beep
and led but That also not performing.The power button only getting glow,
please help me to make that kit work there is any other possible way to
installed the OS in to tiny 6410.
  
  When I connected Serial cable to COM0 and i selected nand flash that time
hyper terminal window is continuously getting Reset.

Hyper terminal is a.... windows application:-) Do you have a Linux machine
to connect the serial cable and run minicom -s -o -w (setup your com port,
disable flow control (press F), press esc) and power up the Mini.

i installed linux use sdcard
as you say:
format sd card using sd flasher 
note path of sdcard that is important because i lost long time i see that

[root@FriendlyARM images]# ls

you only copy on folder as i indicate .
after that chose init by sdcard and reboot.
i is not good english .perhap only this way can be show my ideal
