LCD Problem

I did a custom design that uses the Tiny6410 stamp module and a 5" LCD. The
LCD is the same resolution (800x480) and timing as the A70 7" LCD that is
part of the development kit. The problem I'm having is that a portion of
the pixels on the horizontal scan do not look like they are updating (see
attached image). I have looked at the LCD signals on a scope and everything
looks ok. I am using the NK_A70-i.bin build included with the dev kit. The
attached image is the boot screen. The unit does boot all the way into
WinCE 6.0 with that section of the screen still continuing to render
incorrectly. Any ideas??
