when I connect to my Micro2440 which I just Bought, and I have all of my
settings right, I get this

I dont know this language or how to change it, can someone please help me?

Where did you get it? Try using DNW.EXE to connect to terminal.
Also check the RS232 connection.

Thats a serial port communication issue, not a language issue :)

The language is clearly english, but the output is corrupted. (bad baudrate
/ parity / data bits settings / bad cable)

try with minicom and see what is the result 
and try to install serial port terminal from ubuntu software center
and open the menu from configuration and see the /dev/ttyUSB?
if it is the same error i think u need to change the cable :)
