Project examples for Keil/MDK?

All the test examples were compiled with ADS 1.2 but ADS is very old.

I want to get started with KEIL MDK C/C++ compiler.  Does anyone know of
starting project to produce a .bin file so I can run it?

Flashing LED would be great.  I programmed the linux/WinCE platforms no
problem but I don't know how to start with Keil to make without OS.
