HOW TO ACCESS GPIO IN MINI6410 IN ANDRID

i am working on mini 6410 in android. i want to access gpio of mini 6410 i
have to interface my sensors with it.Can anyone tell me how can i access
them in android.I am working in android on mini 6410.Please help me in
coding of accessing gpios.THANKS
