How to load WinCE in ARM mini 6410.(basics)

I am having visual studio 2005 and ARM mini 6410 kit with me.

linux is preloaded in that. I want to load winEC6.0 in that.

So, from where should i start?

Where do I get Image? / or how can i build myself?
