u-boot

hello,
i have compiling the u-boot ane make a image u-boot.bin file.
after compiling i load on board .
i select the NOR mode and give the command b so the qtopia operating system
is run on the board 
but there is a problem if i select the NAND mode and swich ON the board
there is not running  the qtopia os on board .

so if any one have the solution so please give me a solution

i use mini2440-c792875993e8c2dd23bba8adebe209df21f99696 source of u-boot.

More details please. You use supervivi in NOR mode to load u-boot. You use
DNW on Windows or USBPush on Linux to send the file? You use command D or
B?

after loading the image file on the board
and change the switch mode to the nand.
on that time the os is not start by it self 
but i give command b from Dnw software to keep the switch mode in nor so
the window is start so please help me to solve this problem
