we want to use ULINK 2 to debug S3C2440A device , However we are unable to detect the hardware in Keil 4.0 IDE Evaluation version. After going through connector details we found that RTCK Pin is not present in S3C2440A So I would like to know the Detail Connection diagram required for ULINK 2 with S3C2440A which will enable me to debug S3C2440A.
Hello Sujit Yardi! I got hold of Mini2440 debugging with Keil and ULINK2. I cut the flat cable 10 pins Mini2440 and cut the ribbon cable 20 pin ULINK2 Deois and amended the following sequence: Mini2440 10 pin header Signal ARM 20 Pin header 1,2 VDD33V <--> VTref, Vsupply 1,2 3 TRST <--> nTRST 3 4 RESET <--> nSRST 15 5 TDI <--> TDI 5 6 TDO <--> TDO 13 7 TMS <--> TMS 7 9 TCK <--> TCK 9 8, 10 GND <--> GND 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 No connection RTCK 11 No connection DBRQ 17 No connection DBGACK 19 If it works let me know: nilsao@gmail.com
