mini2440 problems...

Im working with many "mini2440" kits and i have the same configuration in
all of them. Im using a SD card, it wich have several kind of archives like
the main program and sounds. I've 2 different problems in 3 of 30 devices. 

Problem 1: The mini2440, load all configuration but, dont load the SD card.
When i try to enter to the device, through the "PuTTy" Application, i can
see several partitions of different kind of memorys on the device, but i
cant see the "/mnt" partition which is the SD memory partition. So, i cant
work with my main program application on this device.

Problem 2(another device): I have access to the SD memory on "mini2440",
but i cant to execute the main program. This shows the error message "Bus
Error" and it doesn't nothing.

Can you help me with this?

MCadiz: Broken hardware? Did you change the used SD cards on these 3
boards? Does the failure remain?

I used the same SD card on all boards, and 3 present the problem, and i
tried pressing down the card too, i think its a manufacture flaw. I did
contact the support and they told me maybe its a boot code failure. I'm
waiting for a response, cause i cant wait for an exchange, it takes too
much time.

You know about an update using JTAG?

JTAG is always possible.

The SD card date lines are directly connected to the CPU. Maybe some kind
of electrostatic discharge (ESD) destroyed the pins?

also i have Microphon problem i cant record anything :( 
the out audio is working fine

My mini2440 does not working.
i was working on it tonight. when i restart it, it appear a white screen
and does not work at all. even when i'm trying to connect via
hyperterminal,i have recently install a wince 6.0 from thaieasyelec. 
please help me...
