No u-boot prompt on tiny6410

mohanreddy
Hi,

We have recently bought tiny6410 board. When I power it on it directly
boots the Linux kernel Image. I want to stop the board at u-boot prompt. I
tried pressing a key when it boots, but it doesn't stop. Please let me know
how I can do it.

One more thing is I am not able to change the Linux kernel using the
kernel. I have issue the command Like this at the shell prompt.

     dd if=zImage of=/dev/mtd1

It say Can't open /dev/mtd1, Permission Denied.

Can I not update the kernel or root file system without SD card?

Thanks for your reply.
