Sending video from CAM130 over ETHERNET to PC

Hi,
i'm thinking about buying tiny6410 stamp + SDK and CAM130.

i will connect the cam to the the one CON of stamp (the one corresponding
to the camera).

The idea is to have a tiny6410 with WinCE 6.0 and to send video over
ethernet to the PC application (perhaps borland c++ or QT - any
suggestions?) 

Has anyone done anything similar yet ?
I would have to receive data from camera on the tiny6410 side, send them
through socket to the PC application and then to show the video on PC.

How the last part can be done ? Do you see any problems that i would
encounter and didn't think of ?

I think you can do it, I seen it done with the mini2440 using the
mjpg-streamer

probably buy the equipment.
