Android 2.3 APN only read!

Hi, i buy 1 Tiny6410 and install Android 2.3 by factory CD.

Ok, it's work, but i need configure APN to 3G connect.
In screen APN list is a blank list, i put new APN and save but list
continous blank.

I see the properties of file (\system\etc\apns-conf.xml) is only read!

How i can edit this file?

I just came across this issue myself.

I ended up creating a new apsn-conf.xml file from one I found on the
internet but I still can't get the 3G modem to dial out.

There is nothing listed in the APN screen even though I have a tested modem
plugged in. :(
