Mini2440 cannot boot

I installed wince on mini2440, it worked correctly. But after, it cann't
boot again. I used DWN to install again but DWM was blank. I used H-JTAG to
install supervivi-64M but it not work.
I earased NOR but a pop-up appear (the picture I upload)
I install supervivi-64M, H-Flasher reported "Successfully":
DWM is blank
System doesn't boot. :(
