Hello module is not shown in Menuconfig

Hi,
I tried to build hello module driver which comes with kernel packed in
mini2440 CD.

I tried to make menuconfig  Device drivers->charcter drivers to mark the
hello Module as [M].



But there is no such module, also i can find all the configuration said in
pdf in kconfig files .Please help.

kernel comes with the cd is:2.6.29
Development system :ubuntu-10.04

Kindly, guide me please.
