You're not very clear.

in your .config
CONFIG_LOGO=y
CONFIG_LOGO_LINUX_CLUT224=y

and the picture is in:
kernel/drivers/video/logo/logo_linux_clut224.ppm

to convert from png to clut224:

$ pngtopnm -plain mypic.png > mypic.pnm
$ ppmquant -plain 224 mypic.pnm > mypic-224.ppm

btw I'm not even sure that "Have a picture of expression?" is a real
sentence, make my eyeballs bleed ;)
