Moving from 3 to 7" touch display for mini2440

Xyeti
Hi,
I have a Mini2440 with 3.5" touch screen running android. I'm planning to
test the setup with 7" LCD touch panel.

I have a question. Does any 7" LCD touch panel will work with mini2440? I
mean what is the interface to connect the LCD panel with mini.

Secondly, is there a recommendation on what is the best LCD for mini2440?
Is Innolux AT070TN83 display the best option?

Thanks.

Yes. The only disadvantage is: the larger the display (resolution and
colour depth) the more memory bandwidth is occupied for the LCD controller,
e.g. the slower the CPU is.

As long as you can build your own Linux kernel (which means to setup the
required display timing for *your* LCD) there are no restrictions or
limitations.
If not, you depend on kernels that support the selected display. For the
"Innolux AT070TN83" LCD this support already exists.
