What are the levels of mini6410 UART? High 3.3v? is it 5v tolerant?

What is the supply on the UART?  3.3V?  Then a high will be about 3.3V. 
Many people have asked about 5Volt tolerant ports on the S3C2440 and not
got any answers out of Samsung.  

It is less likely that they are 5Volt tolerant on your newer part.

Be safe and treat it as only tolerant of whatever the UART supply voltage
is.
