I plug my usb wifi adapter and I had compile the kernel with the zd1201 driver I know because I seen the file zd1201.o being created. but when I plug the USB WIFI, I get this error, what is the hotplug firmware loader?, and how can I instal it? fail to load wifi driver, hotplug missing?

I got the drivers installed and is connected to the router but still not working this is what I did, what am I missing?
