Memory swap - FriendlyARM

I have em2440 device. I bought it with 64 MB memory but I swap this memory
to 256MB . After power on all the time my devices restart. Someone knows
why? This memory swap correct. What is wrong ??

If you change the connected memory type you must change the register
settings (SDRAM controller) as well.

You should take a look into the processor's datasheet, chapter 05 - memoy
controller.

I changed memory address for 0x30000000 and doesn't work and all time I
have  high frequency beep
