What boot variables are you using to boot? Are you using ViVi or uBoot?
Where is the kernel and rootfs? SD Card. NAND? Where did you get the
instructions for loading this linux instance?

i fixed the problem, the issue was with kernel configuration. ARM_THUMB
shud be enabled in kernel. n by d way it was u-boot n kernel n rfs was in
nand. thanks..
