I did all steps and I keep getting error 1. Switch S2 to NOR FLASH, power on the board and enter BIOS 2. Select "n" to download nboot_A70.bin 3. Select "l" to download bootlogo.bmp 4. Select "w" to download nk_A70.bin 5. Switch S2 to NAND FLASH, power cycle the board Enter your selection: w Clear the free memory Please send the Image through USB. Don't support raw image !OEMVERIFYMEMORY: Invalid image
Step 3 is not required. nk_A70.bin contains the bootlogo. Just make sure that the VIVI in the correct version. May be you need to use the JTAG cable to update the supervivi.
I just bought the mini2440 128MB and it work fine in linux but I can't make it work in wince I have the same problem, I did JTAG the board with latest supper_vivi. BIN image type unknow !OEMVERIFYMEMORY: Invalid image
I got it it was a new image of wince 6.0 with suppervivi not support it I download the image of wince 5.0 from: http://www.andahammer.com/Downloads/mini2440-en.rar and it work fine
