Unable to read NAND flash.

Hello, 

       I am using Samsung S3c2442b processor, H-JTAG V1.1 and a wiggler to
program supervivi into the NAND flash of the MCU, everything's fine until I
program the Bios into the MCU but when I try to read it back it just shows
FF every where , and after programming the bios My board is not even
detected by windows ,I just get a pop up saying Unrecognized device. it
doesn't even show the device ID in the Device manager, 

Can any one help ?

Could you tell me why you are trying to place the bootloader into NAND?

Are you following a tutorial or a How To?

since I am using S3C2442b which has MCP(multi-chip package) integrated it
has only NAND flash and SDRAM, the problem is when I connect my device to
computer , the computer says its an unknown device. So that explains that
my device doesn't have  a Firmware or BIOS, so 'm trying to load a VIVI
into the NAND, so that I can use DNW tool to load the OS IMAGE.

Is this a mini6410 you are trying to get running?  If not, then maybe some
of the mini6410 tutorials might help.
