Hi there, We all know Xubuntu 9.10 works on Tiny6410 but not higher version. The reason being rootstock creates the rootfs from binaries compiled using ARMv6 instruction sets ( which is same as Tiny6410). If that is true, I could get Xubuntu 10.10 or higher to run on Tiny6410 by specifying ARMv6 option in the course of recompiling Xubuntu. Of course, the final footprint is another issue to consider. As the Tiny6410 of mine has 2GB Nand, i could strip down some applications to fit the final image to the Nand. Any comments/suggestions? Cheers! vib
