TV-Out Mini6420

Hello to you all,

I am trying to develop a test application in my recently arrived Mini6410,
and I need to know how to work properly with the Tv-Out function of this
board.
I want to use the Linux operating system, and to "link" the SMPlayer or
other video player software to the tv output. Anyone know if this is
possible? In affirmative case, could you help me in the way to make this
out?

And, after developping that function, I want to control it via web, is this
possible too?

Is possible with mplayer.
Example:
mplayer -tvout tvonly /usr/local/adsdemo/ads/car.mp4
