ARM-Qtopia, x86-Qtopia on newer distributions of Ubuntu

Hey,

I read somewhere that x86-Qtopia and ARM-Qtopia can be installed only on
Ubuntu 9.04 and not on the newer versions. Is it true? Is there any way to
install them on Ubuntu 9.10 or 10.04?
