Problem with DNW

Hi,
I am using the DNW tool to upload files on my mini2440. I am running win
XP. The problem is that my DNW doesn't detect my COM port. Its COM1 in my
computer, 115200 baud, same settings in DNW but it still shows "COM: x"
after I try to connect it. I tried all combinations viz with mini2440
connected, not connected, on, off, rebooting windows etc. It still doesnt
connect to my COM. Yesterday during one of these trials only it got
connected somehow but since then, I haven't had any luck. What to do? Is
there a procedure to get DNW to detect and connect to COM?

Or is there some other tool/software that does the same work? This is
getting on my nerves now. >.< :(

I assume you installed the DNW drivers for Windows.

If you want to work with a YAFFS2 filesystem then Supervivi and DNW are the
usual tools.  You could try usbpush from the downloads page.
