Possible variants of the Mini6410

The Mini2440 comes in various variants with different SDRAM and NAND
memories (types and sizes). Does someone knows what variants of the
Mini6410 do exist?
I'm will provide a board support package for the Mini6410, but I must know
if there are other board variants in the wild than mine with 128 MiB SDRAM
and 256 MiB NAND.

I see some 1G flash units available here.  I'd be buying a 7"screen though
:)
