What the SD-Flasher does ?

Could not find anywhere what is the action SD-Flasher.exe is performing and
how it "burns" the image on the card. I want to emulate same action with
another tools (dd on linux ?).

Probably the same as described in SMDK6410_IROM_APPLICATION NOTE_REV 1.00.

Thank you. I've seen this app note, but there is a part I can find nowhere.
The image requires some kind of verification signature of undescribed
format. Is there any description of the signing algorithm ?
