Help Qtopia

hi all, recently bought a Tiny6410 | S3C6410 ARM11, comes with qtopia, I'm
not familiar with this system, but searching the net I found that Qt4
applications can do, my question is how I do create my Qt4 application from
Qtopia installed on windows, of course I have also installed ubuntu if I
can not say which of the two operating systems is better to work, I
appreciate your help.
