Hi, I am trying to install debian and use xorg that works with the touch screen (I have a 4,3" and a 7"). But I am not able to make the touch screen work. I think the problem is the friendlyarm-ts-input.so file. It is not in debian, and if I take it out of the old version of Ubuntu distributed with FriendlyARM it will not load in debian because of being a different version of Xorg. Is there any way of getting the code of friendlyarm-ts-input.so to recompile it? or is there any other workaround for this problem? thank you!
Xorg + touch screen ---> is it possible to make it work?
In a recent Linux kernel you do not need the special friendlyarm-ts-input.so any more. You can use the regular ts-lib which also can be used by Xorg.
