I have an mini2440 FriendlyARM with windows CE.

Where can i found a rfid reader that work in keyboard emulation that i can
install in my mini2440 FriendlyARM.

We sell such readers for Mifare cards (13.56Mhz).
It sends the UID through keyboard emulation. It's available both in AZERTY
& QWERTY configuration. Available both in OEM & desktop version.

We also have oem Mifare reader with I2C interface, thus allowing to
read/write the sectors.
