Mini2440 with Ethernet, USB and Serial but no display, sound etc

I'm looking for a small CPU board for a project I'm working on. The
Mini2440 will do what I want, but it contains several hardware items that I
don't need, which no doubt makes it more expensive than necessary. I'm
hoping to use this board for production as well as prototyping, so cost is
important. Does anyone know of a board that has what I need without stuff
that I don't need? I need:
 - CPU
 - RAM
 - Flash
 - RTC
 - 100Mbps Ethernet
 - USB host
 - USB device
 - 3 serial ports capable of 62,500baud - preferably just TTL and _not_ DB9
 - flash memory card (CF or SD)
 - some kind of I/O bus able to access memory mapped peripheral registers
 - some kind of debug interface

I don't need display, touch screen, mouse, audio, camera, ADC, pushbuttons
(apart, perhaps, from reset).
