Compile Qt Lib for linux on Windows host?

Hi dear all friends,

Could it be possible to compile Qt lib files for embedded linux target on
Windows host?
Now I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 on VMWare to compile Qt Lib files.

It can be possible to compile these Cross compile lib on Windows 7?
