Boot problem after programming Nboot

this is what show my ARM BIOS:
***** ARM BIOS FOR ARM2440 *****
[v] Download Bios for ARM2440
[k] Download linux kernel
[y] Download root_yaffs image
[b] boot the system
[a] User Application
[n] Download WinCE Nboot
[w] Download Wince NK.bin
[d] Download & Run
[f] Format the nand flash
[x] Format Nandflash the linux
[s] set the boot parameters


this is the procedure:
1) Maked my own NK.bin with platform builder and then downloaded with [w].
2) After programming, turned off and then turn ON power.
3) Boot logo appear and then win CE6 start fine.
4) Then i tried to change bootlogo image.
5) Generate new startlogo.c image and overwrited the old logo file.
6) Rebuilt all with platform builder.
7) Downloaded new NK.nb0 with [n].
8) Turned off power and then turn ON.
9) Disply doesn't show anything and win CE doen't start anymore!

Where i've made a mistake and how i recover it

i am having the same proble as all mentioned above. i have installed as per
the pdf instruction but still getting the following: 

1) Disply doesn't show anything and win CE doen't start anymore!

Where i've made a mistake and please it would be grateful if i get the any
direction because it needs in urgent basis.

i think you make a big mistake.

you must send nboot file with[n] not NK.nb0
