REG: SECJTAG FLASH(SJF) Problem

Dear Experts,

           Currently we using Mini2440 development board, and plan to flash
the u-boot.bin to NAND with SJF tool, our MINI2440 use the K9Fxx08 NAND
Flash. the problem is SJF tool detect the CPU and listed menu as follows

0: K9S1208 Prog 1: 28F128J3A Prog   2: AM29LV800 Prog   3: Memory RD/Wr
4: Exit

 there is no option for program the K9Fxx08 NAND chip, if i select the
option 0, it say's 

   ERROR: K9S1208 is not detected. Detected ID=0xecf1.

if any one give me the solution, it will better for us..
