WINCE bootloader code for mini6410

Hi,
Where can we find the SD bootloader (Steploader and Eboot) source code for
mini6410? 

In the features it says, 
"Boot loader 
Version: Stepldr and EBOOT(provide Source code) "

But i am not able to locate the sd bootloader source code in mini6410
packet.
