DNW Says RXTX_THREAD_ERR

Hello All,

I Got Micro2440 7" with CE, But I Want to make it Android, but can't.

I'm connecting USB cable and RS232 Cable, Switching To NOR, And Go
HyperTerminal, But Nothing happens When I Turn On My Device,

In DNW USB says OK I Connect the COM1 and with 115200 Baud i got some wierd
"y" full of screen, when i hange baud rate i got "RXTX_THREAD_ERR".

If i got my bios screen i can easily install android.

Can somebody put me right way to install my micro2440 Android ?

You have a copy of <Mini2440 Downloader instructions>?

I go DNW but same thing happening :(

Btw i got my downloader instructions
