Not able to install USB driver and DNW

I am using mini2440 kit with 3.5" TFT. I have connected the Serial and USB
cables to it and started in NOR flash booting. Then as per the manual I
tried to install the USB Download driver for windows with
"H:\windows平台工具\usb下
载驱动\FriendlyARM
USB Download Driver Setup_20090421.exe", it actually throws the error as
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error, abnormal program termination". 

Need help to overcome this error, so that I can use DNW for downloading any
application to the kit.

Your flashing response will be highly appreciated...

Did you try to install the driver manually?

Hi Arul
The issue is because you are trying to install directly from the CD. Copy
it to your local hard disk and run the installation from there. It worked
for me.
