mini 6410 compiler and debugger

hi everyone, I bought mini 6410 and it has windows Ce 6.0 on it. I have a
problem that I couldn't find a compatible compiler and debugger for it. In
keil and Iar there is no option for S3C6410 so which one I can use ?Could 
anyone help me?
