Mini2440 as surfing machine.

Hello,

I will be using ARM board for the first time.
I'm planning to buy Mini2440 and use it as a surfing machine(with old crt
monitor and usb keyboard and usb mouse).
If I port wince6.0 on mini2440 will it be good enough to use it as surfing
machine. If not which one (ARM board) should I buy for this purpose.
Also how can I connect ARM computer to my XP machine.
I read that wince doesn't support RDP.

IE6 run slow on WinCE, most modern, media rich website will crawl on it.

Again is it possible to use remote desktop on these arm boards from xp
machine?
