ADC always read 567 or 568

hi

using "cat /dev/adc", I always read 567 or 568 !
I applied 0 to 3 volts dc level to AIN0, but always it is the same!
Have I to replace mini2440 board?

try to move the calibration potentiometer and see if something changes when
your read the ADC.

thanks
while I ran other 3 ADC inputs successfully, it still does not work. I
guess it may damaged and I going to replace the board.
