Can't connect to Micro2440

Hello,
Could you help me please? I connected this device to COM and USB, switch on
to NOR, after switch power on and launch dnn.exe but after the "Connect"
menu terminal is clear.

What kind of cable did you use to connect the DB9 (COM) to your PC?

The one that was in supply. In addition I use power supply with 5V, 250mA.
